We offer corporate catering, office catering, wedding catering, and of course all other event catering. From the first day until the event is complete, everything is done to give you, our client exactly what you want, exactly how you want it done.
The seasoned principals of Totally Catering have been enjoying food in every state and in dozens of countries for a combined total of over 125 years. Catering and food is our passion. This is all part of the food experience that we share with our customers. From the New York Culinary Institute-trained chef to the bakers and preparation staff there is extensive training in menus ranging from Basic American cuisine, southern-style cooking, western bar-b-que to Italian, Mexican, Central American, Asian and wide range of European cooking and baking specialties.
Food preparation is just one part of the picture. Our event planners work with you every step of the way. We visit your site and help develop a plan for the total experience. Our planners work with the best vendors ranging from party rentals, photographers, bands/DJs to specialty vendors. Rather it be a birthday party needing a clown, balloon artist, or a cotton candy machine to a Mexican fiesta with Margarita machines, hand made tortillas, or a Martini Bar and a fortune teller, there is no mission impossible.
